A message from the Campaign secretariat at DG AGRI:

Increase your activities’ visibility with ‘Events in your country’

Are you planning an event or a communication action around the themes of agriculture, food, rural development or any other issues related to the EU Common Agricultural Policy? Do you want to increase their visibility easily and for free?

If so, ‘Events in your country’ is designed for you. This website will help you to reach the widest audience possible by featuring your events and/or communication actions on our Europe-wide map, which is displayed on the European Commission’s website.

Here are four good reasons to register on ‘Events in your country’:

  • You will increase your activities’ visibility and attract more attendees to your events thanks to this online presence.
  • You will become a part of the Europe-wide Europe’s CAP – Taking care of our roots campaign and can use our toolkit to help promote your own event and to get some promotional tips from the guide at your disposal.
  • You will inspire other stakeholders with your project, and be inspired yourself by other projects and events.
  • You will become a member of the CAP Communication Network and have the opportunity to join our LinkedIn group and share best practices, experiences and ideas with other stakeholders across Europe.

Keen to take part? Follow the example of our numerous partners across Europe and post your events or communication actions today! To do so, simply create an account and fill in the online form. It is free of charge and will not take you more than five minutes. Don’t forget to click on ‘submit’ when you have completed the form.

Any questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact the Secretariat via email or telephone (+32 (0) 2 333 59 63).

Please feel free to forward this message to anyone who you think could be interested.

We look forward to discovering your events and communication actions soon.
