- APAE is an association of which journalists and communicators. They are active in the agricultural and food sector.
- APAE’s main objective is to ensure the development of agrifood journalism under conditions of recognition and prestige and furthermore contribute to agrifood development.
- APAE membership is open to all persons who carry out their main professional activity in the field of agri-food journalism in any of its areas: editing, directing or writing in media; direction, writing or production, at press and communication departments and agencies.
- APAE represents and accredits its members exclusively before the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists and APAE is integrated into the European Network of Agricultural Journalists.
